Baked Brie is hands-down my favorite holiday appetizer. It looks and tastes super sophisticated, but it takes minutes to make and has very few ingredients. This recipe pairs creamy, tangy cheese with tart cranberry sauce, sweet honey, crunchy pecans, and fragrant fresh rosemary.

Ingredients in Baked Brie

Brie Cheese Wheel – Brie cheese is a melty cheese with a mild, buttery, creamy taste. It is encased in a rind of white mold. I know what you are thinking….MOLD? Yes, mold. But, unlike other mold, this one won’t make you sick. It is a type of edible mold that adds texture and so much flavor to the cheese. I know it sounds weird, but trust me it is so delicious! Honey – A drizzle of honey adds sweetness to the Baked Brie. Cranberry Sauce – Make your own, or use the stuff from the can. Chopped Pecans – Pecans give this dish a bit of a crunch! Fresh Rosemary – Rosemary pairs so perfectly with the cranberry and brie flavors. Plus, it makes it look festive and fancy!
