Easy Phyllo Cups with Fruit

These Easy Phyllo Fruit Cups take about 15 minute to make and they are so yummy! I could eat the cream cheese filling with a spoon! These are the perfect treat to take to a Valentine’s Day gathering of any kind! I am a big fan of Galentine’s Day, which I celebrate on the 13th with all my best gal pals! You can find the mini phyllo cups on the freezer aisle by the frozen whipped cream and frozen pie crusts. They are pre-baked, so all you have to do is pull them out of the package, fill them, and serve! It is mind-blowingly easy.

Tips for Baking and Storing Phyllo Cups

You can make these tasty treats ahead of time, just store them for a few days in the fridge in an air-tight container. If you want to make larger cups, you can buy phyllo sheets, cut them into the shape/size you want, and layer 5 sheets per cup. Brush a thin layer of butter and sprinkle a little bit of sugar between each sheet and then cook in muffin tins according to package directions. I happen to love the mini ones because then I don’t feel as bad eating 10 of them. I mean, it’s fruit, right?

Variations on Easy Phyllo Cups with Fruit

There are so many ways you can customize these little cups to be your own. Obviously you can put any kind of fruit on top! Bananas, kiwi, blueberries, apples, honestly any fruit! You could also add some peanut butter to the cream cheese filling and put bananas on top. You can also add some candied pecans or a chocolate drizzle. The possibilities really are endless.
