Look for squash about 8-inches long and 1 1/2 inches across.Baby zucchini aren’t as flavorful and larger zucchini are pithy with too many seeds. To reheat, bake in a 350°F oven covered in foil until warm, 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the size.
